So you want to know all about supercharging your metabolism by eating the lowest calorie foods to turn your body into a fat burning furnace. You’ve probably tried a whole bunch of diets and some of those weight loss program probably did work for a time.

But like me you most likely haven’t been able to keep the weight off or you couldn’t maintain a diet for health or financial reasons. The weightloss industry is multibilion dollar market that has only one goal in mind. Is that goal for you you lose weight  and become happy and healthy? No it is not. They want you to stay miserable and overweight so you keep buying diet shakes and diet pills. And there really is no need to.

I too tried loads of diets. I tried calorie counting and that worked, but after the first few pounds I got stuck and no amount of
counting could get me below that weight. Starving myself for a short while helped, but the weight shot back up as soon as I stopped. I even tried rather scary diet pills meant for bodybuilders. They worked too, but only for as long as I took them and they were really expensive.

The reason why diets don’t work is because they tend to go against nature. Sure, there are a million ways to lose weight using all kinds of clever science and technology. But nature provides us with diets that work in a very easy and perfectly good way to lose weight.

So, like yourself, I started reading up on negative calorie food(zero calorie foods). I figured that if I ate something that contained no calories, it couldn’t possibly add to my weight. I found loads of information, but frankly I was a bit overwhelmed.  Do I just eat celery all day or what?

Trawling around on the internet late at night I stumbled onto the “Fat Burning Furnace”. A weightloss program that burns off fat by eating specific kinds of food. At first I was sceptical. I figured it was just another one of those weightloss scams that promise everything and never seem to deliver. Nevertheless I was intrigued by the concept of combining foods to turn my body into a “Fat Burning Furnace” as they call it . And I figured that promoting healthy produce wouldn’t make much of a scam.

And from what I can tell, this is precisely what it says on the label. All the information you need to construct a complete, healthy
and rich diet with lots of variation that will make you lose weight as you go along. But most importantly they tel your exactly what types of food you can eat by the boatload. Turns out you can pretty much eat anything, provided you combine it right. It takes a little bit of figuring out, but after you get the hang of the basics its as easy as following a recipe.

In closing I want to thank you for visiting my blog and I hope you find the information therein useful. If you want to find out more about ‘Fat Burning Furnace’ you can visit them at their website.

The human body is a clever and complex machine. It uses the calories in food to run and can store excess energy for future use. It is this storage mechanism that causes so many problems for lots if not most people in developed western societies. We no longer eat, we consume. With complete disregard of what our body actually needs. We do not eat when we are hungry, we eat when it is time to eat. We don’t select the lowest calorie foods, but the quickest and easiest foods.

The average 30+ european runs on anything between 2000 and 3000 calories a day. A lot depends on  your body type, but most diets do not take your personal situation into account. They focus completely on providing you with a hard to follow weightloss program that contains the absolute bare minimum in calories and nutrients. This is not a very good way to lose weight as it puts your body in a state of emergency. Diet pills to boost your metabolism may seem like a perfect and easy way to drop some pounds, but they trick your body into burning calories.

If the body uses between 2000 and 3000 calories a day and you are gaining weight by storing the excess energy as fat, than you are simply taking in to many calories or you are taking in the wrong kind of nutrients. So the only diets that work are those that focus on natural weightloss by utilising the power of the lowest calorie foods and even zero calorie foods (negative calorie food).

I actually found that combining the right types of food at the right time could provide me with all the food I needed per day without ever feeling hungry or low on energy. No need to starve yourself at all. No need to eat like a rabbit or deprive yourself of the things your most love to eat. A healthy low calorie diet can still contain red meat, eggs and cereals while still promoting weightloss by burning more calories than you consume. This is not rocket science.

Hey all,

Just to let you know the recipe section is coming along nicely. Some of you sent in some really good ones or pointed me in the direction of the lowest calorie recipes.

Especially the Lowest Calorie Chocolate Cake i’ve just added. It has so little calories, you could eat yourself sick and still have  points to spare.

I’ve added a recipe to the recipe section for a Negative Calorie Salad. This is the one recipe that uses the lowest calorie foods to make a healthy salad that burns more fat than it adds.

With this recipe I have written a short piece on the science of negative calorie food. Click here to go to directly to the new page and discover if this negative calorie business is myth or if there is some truth behind it. You’ll be surprised at how simple science and diets can be sometimes.

I’ve just started a section for listing recipes using the lowest calorie foods. I invite everyone to contribute their favourite low calorie recipes as a comment or in a personal e-mail and I’ll endeavour to get them listed as soon as I can.

The firs two recipes are already listed. Low fat chicken in a nice spicy sauce is always a favourite and you can’t go wrong with cookies, especially if they are made with roled oats. Because we have learned from my youtube video that roled oats are excellent for adding fibre to a diet using the lowest calorie foods.

When you are on a diet you always have to make sure your body is getting what it needs. This is the reason why starving yourself doesn’t work in the long run. You deprive your body of pretty much everything it needs. Sure, your fat stores dwindle away because your body needs energy, but what happens to your resistance to disease, the condition of your vital organs and the upkeep of your locomotive system. This is where vitamins and minerals come in?

I think it’s important to impress upon you, the dieter, that nutrion is more important than caloric intake. Fortunately the  fat burning furnace enlists the help of the lowest calorie foods  that still provide you with all the nutritions you need. It never hurts to be aware of your body’s requirements as you go along though.

The three most important items your body requires are Fibre, Vitamins and Minerals. Pretty much everything is ranked under these three  headings and bearing that in mind a certain balance between the three should exsist. If you eat a ton of zero calorie vegetables (like celery) you get plenty of fibre, but not enough minerals or vitamins. If you eat loads of fruit, you get loads of vitamins and some fibre, but not enough minerals.

So how is this remedied. Well, you can create a super healthy diet of the lowest calorie foods to burn calories and lose weight bearing in mind your nutrient balance and keeping score. You can also cut a few corners and go for the nutritional supplements. Quick and easy, relatively hastle free and you get everything you need. Word to the wise, a vitamin over dose will pass through the kindneys and out of your body so it may not seem like such a bad thing. However, your kidneys don’t appreciate it. So be mindful of the amount of vitamins your supplement into your diet. Massive amounts of fibre to keep your bowels moving, but if you don’t drink enough you’ll block up. Minerals pass fairly harmlessly through the body, but they can crystalise which could lead to things like kidney stones if you eat to much salt.

I’ve added a page on nutritional supplements where you can  find some extra information and my recommendations on what to supplement into your diet. So click right here now to go to the nutrions page and see what nature has to offer to boost your health in a serious way.
